What was everybodys first show they ever went to?
Mine was when I was 13 went wiht my Dad and his metalhead gf at the time. I saw Nile, Kreator, Goatwhore and Vader at the Chance in Poughkeepsie, my Dad and his gf made friends wiht Kreator the weekend before at a bar in NYC and I'd just started getting into music so I got to chill in tour van and play Speezy's custom Jackson flying V bass. From then on, I was hooked

My parents took me to Christian music festivals, so I totally remember seeing DC Talk, Newsboys, Jars of Clay, Carmen, etc.
However, the first show that I went to outside of those festivals was the Misfits. At the time I was excited and thought it was the shit. Currently, I'm not sure which is more embarrassing.

When I was 13,I was invited to the Warped Tour, I came home with the worse sunburn and remember going nuts when I first saw AFI, I was super excited to tell all my friends, too bad for though, I stay home for a week with the worse sunburn ever but it was a fun show.

That is, if you don't want to count RAFFI or Ninja Turtles "Coming Out of Their Shells" in the late 80's =)

Our drummer's Mom was pregnant for him at a Faith No More show where Mike Patton threw an unopened beer at the audience, almost hit his mom, and his Dad attempted to fight him. Does that count?
